Not first come first serve.
You cannot claim my artworks/ designs/ videos as your own.
All goods are digital and will be delivered as PNG/ GIF/ MP4 only. There is no physical objects to be shipped etc.
I have right to decline your commission or cancel it.
If you want me to start over your commission, you have to pay the same price.
Personal use only. Do not commercial use. If you want to use for commercially, you have to pay 1.5 times the listed price (For art/ illustration commission.)
Always credit me if you are using my works on Toyhou.se or other platforms (ZeluNero for TH or Lunacivy for other platforms)
Backing out or ghosting me will get you in blacklist.|PAYMENT|
All payment is upfront, via PayPal/ ko-fi (USD or JPY only).
I will start my commission after your payment. Do not send me a payment before I confirmed your order.
If you do not pay within 48 hours of me confirming your order, I will cancel your order.|CHARACTER DESIGN|
If I used bases for a character design, please credit me and a base creator.
For Offer/ Sale/ Adopt and so on, You can't cancel the offer/ bid. Do not hide your comment. Also, I can consider holds for above $150.
You can edit the design a bit.
You cannot resell my design unless you have a commercial license for my design.
You can trading/ gifting.
If you have Toyhou.se, I will transfer the character.
If you want to use a character design for commercially, please ask me. You can use for commercially by buying a commercial license. The price is $200. The commercial license is 1 per design.|LOGO DESIGN/ VIDEO|
You can use for commercially. No need buying commercial license because a logo design/ video commission is included commercial license.|I WILL DRAW|
